What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. As a professional psychic reader, I adhere to the following code of ethics
Serve my clients’ best interests by conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.
Believe all clients have the power to direct their futures. I communicate my belief that the future is NOT fixed and permanent but is instead malleable and subject to change by each individual client.
Encourage clients to take responsibility for their beliefs, previous decisions, and actions. Going forward, they are encouraged to make decisions and take action according to their own beliefs and conscience and for the greatest good of all concerned.
Treat all clients with equal respect. No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, national origin, etc., I will respect you and hold space for you. All are welcome here.
I represent my expertise honestly, including education, personal study, credentials, and level of experience.
No smoke and mirrors, no parlor tricks. Interpret each reading to the best of my ability. I aim to provide a supportive experience while sharing what I am receiving and point out options to clients regarding questions, problems, and personal or spiritual growth.
Provide confidential readings. Client names and information shared or discussed during readings will remain private unless otherwise requested by the client, required by law, court order, or if there is an imminent danger or threat to the client, myself, or others.
Recommend clients consult licensed professionals to advise them regarding legal, financial, medical, or psychological situations.
Respect the client’s right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent.
Do not abuse a client’s trust or vulnerability for my benefit. I will never pressure them for return visits by lying or falsely predicting horrible things if they don’t book another session.
Inform clients of the fee and collect it before the reading begins. I will not change or increase the price during a reading—unless the client agrees to continue the reading beyond their scheduled time slot for an additional fee (time permitting).
Do require payment in advance of each reading.
Do not provide refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Refunds may be provided for cancellations with a 48-hour notice.
Do not knowingly read for children under the age of 18 years.
Treat other professional psychic readers with respect.
Legal Agreements and Disclosures
Although divination readings (Tarot and other oracles) are used as tools for personal development and spiritual growth—they are viewed by the State of Pennsylvania as a form of Entertainment.
There are many approaches to reading and interpreting Tarot and most forms of divination. Psychic and divination readings are subject to interpretation and should not be considered as absolute.
The content on this site, Radiant Lotus, and all readings provided by phone, email, video, or in person are based on my learning and approach to interpreting the various forms of divination used. They should not be rigidly followed or adhered to under any misguided assumption that what is written or said is the ultimate. People have free will and hold differing beliefs and opinions. There may be those who disagree with my findings and concepts, which is normal. Each should proceed based on their own individual beliefs, opinions, and thought processes.
You will never be forced to follow a particular course of action. There will not be any attempt to exert control over you, your free will, or your common sense.
All decisions made or actions taken by you as a result of your psychic reading or anything posted on this website are your sole responsibility. I will not be held legally responsible for same.
It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above, that a psychic reading or the use of the content available through this website can be permitted. Neither can I assume any legal liability for any damages or alleged damages, losses, or other direct or indirect consequences of any client decisions or actions subsequent to, or based on, my psychic readings or website pages.
